A single UK ticket wins £181 million on EuroMillions, March 2026

Tuesday 10 March 2026 · EuroMillions

On Tuesday 10 March 2026 a ticket bought in the UK matched the five main numbers 12, 14, 27, 44 and 50 and both Lucky Stars, 4 and 12. No other ticket in any EuroMillions country matched all seven, so the whole jackpot of £181,073,415.70 went to that one player.

Allwyn, which runs The National Lottery, said it was the biggest win of 2026 so far and the third-biggest UK National Lottery prize of all time, and as of October 2026 it still holds that place. Only the anonymous £195.7 million win of July 2022 and Joe and Jess Thwaite's £184.3 million in May 2022 have been larger.

The next day Allwyn said the ticket-holder had come forward to claim. The winner was not named; UK winners can choose whether to go public.

Six weeks later, on 21 April 2026, a jackpot of about £125.5 million was shared by three tickets, two bought in the UK and one in France. Each was worth £41,844,862.30.
