£1m Millionaire Maker prize bought in Belfast expires unclaimed

Tuesday 26 April 2022 · EuroMillions

UK EuroMillions tickets come with a Millionaire Maker code printed on them. In the draw on Tuesday 26 April 2022, code XFGV 45262 won £1 million, and the ticket had been bought in Belfast.

In September 2022, with about a month to go, the National Lottery appealed again for people to check old tickets and look in pockets, bags and cars. Andy Carter, its senior winners' adviser, said time was running out but he still hoped the winner would come forward.

The claim window closed at midnight on Sunday 23 October 2022. Camelot then confirmed that no one had come forward. The £1 million, plus the interest it had earned, went to National Lottery-funded projects.

If you have old EuroMillions tickets, check the Millionaire Maker code as well as the main numbers. National Lottery prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw.
